Wanted HELP - need advice on buying GX 460

Good morning. I'm shopping around for GX 460s and have located one for sale by owner. The seller is local and is an executive at a well-known company and has all service records since he's owned it. I'm trying to decide if I should go with this one or pay slightly more (or wait for a better deal) on a GX with lower miles.

The reason for high miles of this current owner/seller is that they have 3 kids who play sports across the country. This summer they traveled to Texas, CA, and GA for tournaments and drove because of the cost of flying a family of 5.

As for my alternatives - anything I've found with 60-120k miles has been in the $22-32 range.

I guess my questions are:

1. Any reason I should be concerned with a 2011 GX with this many miles? Corporate owner?
2. Would you recommend getting the Premium instead of Base?
