Help me identify this head please (1 Viewer)

I bought what was supposed to be new old stock 2H head oem genuine and complete with valves and all…at any rate when it arrived I realized it was NOT a 2H….not sure what and hoping someone here will know where look. I have the seller trying to find out what he sold me as well. It does have a small B stamped in it and it’s definitely a 4 cyl and not a 6 cyl. Just wondering in case me or someone I know can use it, either way I need to know WHAT IT IS. Figured this would be the place to inquire. I tried searching the numbers but didn’t get anything. Any input welcomed .

Bummer mate.. hope you can get your money back? Its possible this is a cylinder head off a 2J Forklift, see link below. I dont think its a B, 2B or 3B head but I may be wrong.
