As the title suggest I’m trying to track down this gremlin.

It’s this white wire is the culprit but I’m not sure what this feeds. Pulled all each fuse one at a time under the dash and didn’t get kind of load except on the dome. Mind you my dome light was switched to door at the time

I also checked the small fuse box too. This truck does have a 24V to 12V converter but that was isolated out of the picture.

Any thoughts?

Check out the wiring plans....It could be that the fat white cable at the positive batt. terminal feeds the glow screen. I had that one and it was labelled "Glow" but my cable loom is 2H spec not 12HT so it could be different. Just take it off and check - in your - and mine climate we don't need any glow screen.

How big is the drain? See if the rear of the alternator feels warm after the truck has sat over night. My Land Cruiser Heavy Duty manual only covers the 2H so I don't think the wiring diagram has your engine.
