Help find my Nephew a truck.

I have a 17 year old nephew, Aarron, who is looking for a cruiser. He looked at DNP's 100 but probably needs something a little different.

He goes to NW Rankin and is big into hunting, mostly duck and some deer. His dad that he does not live with, but spends some weekends with, has a FJ40 but is not really into cruisers and is not helping pay for this vehicle. Some guys on the forum know him. So my nephew Aarron is relying on me to help him find him something.

I am trying to lean him in the direction of an 80 with lockers or an early 100 like mine with a rear locker and some aftermarket stuff already on it. Maybe a tacoma also. If you have any ideas or see something please holler.

We also don't mind driving to get it so if you see something far away don't hesitate to point it out, we are always open for a road trip.

Not sure of an exact budget but probably in the 8-9k range.

My wife's grandfather is selling his Tacoma. I think it is around a 99 but can find out details if you want. It is a white ext cab TRD 4x4. It needs a new tailgate but I don't think he is asking very much because he is moving to a retirement home.
