Help, Arb spider block + 4.88 ?

The pictures I have in the ARB RD124 manual are on page 18, and look differenet than how you have that copper air line routed...

As long as the copper tube is not rubbing on anything and not bent/pinched, it should be fine...
 
Job done

Took me less grinding then i though. Now both diff are done, with new rear brakes. I broke a front brake line, so tomorrow i'll go get a new tube and fill the diff and should be out of the garage. I think grinding 2 teeth about 1/16 spare you lots more grinding on the locker and thats what i did.

Where did you get the carbide bit? :D I hope it was one of the ones I sent you....but knowing you it was SnapOn;)

Well since the rig is rolling now, i have a new tone to it. sounds like some aggressive tires, but when i lift throttle it goes away. So my conclusion is grinding or maybe too much grinding cause the diff to make some noise, and it makes sense if you don't cut it equaly all around. Anyone else experience new tone with grinded ring gear?.
 
After futher examaning your pictures i have come to the sum of,now the whole truck is no good and you need to sell it to me,you can keep the locker .

Only kidding,I don't know that much about the ARB,s but would love to own your 83.
