Hi guys
I have a 1991 80 series with a 1hdt

as soon as I turn my key on, the « Glow » fusible link start smoking and melt…

I can’t turn my key on « ACC »
( radio,windows,evrything work fine)

As soon as I put it at « ON » the link start smoking and blow..

I can’t start the truck..

It’s the little box on the driver side battery (RHD)

Anyone have an idea why?

I had something similar with my BJ74. I found the Glow relays and disconnected them to stop the fusible link from blowing.

I already bought fusible link from him.. but still.. today i disconnect the glow relay and still does the same thing..

It’s 3 fusible link I blow..

Look. I gave you troubleshooting directions.

Download the factory service manual. It's on this site and free.

See what is on the circuit of the link you're blowing. Something on that circuit is shorting out. Remove whatever is shorted and replace it.

I would try to find the glow plug timer box and disconnect it too.
In my BJ74 it is inside the dash above the removable glovebox.
This book is from 1996 but might help.
electrical diagrams

Check your glow plug bus bar.
Have you fiddled in the engine bay? Dropped a wrench...
There is a 10mm nut near firewall end of the busbar which connects power to the glow plugs, you can disconnect this. DO Yourself a favour and disconnect your batteries before trying this

I will try this

I went in the trail
On way back all the lights went on
It was showing 18v all the way home..

So I took the alternator to get rebuild

Maybe I burn something..

But will try the bolt you mentioned..thank you

I have the manual but I suck at wiring..

You can't just disconnect s*** and then turn the truck on. If you didn't find the issue through troubleshooting you're going to just keep smoking links. I suggest you take the rig to a shop at this point.
