Got the February '07 issue of Peterson's 4Wheel & Off-Road ....

which features their annual 4X4 of the Year competition.

The FJ finished behind the Kia Sorento!!



Now THAT'S priceless.

Maybe next year we can have the Sorento Trail Team at our events.

The thing to remember about these folks and their rating system , they declared the Volkswagon Toureg 4X4 of the year two years ago. I have never scene one of them on the trail.

You're right, something don't smell right here, their biggest complaint on the FJC was no front locker, mentioned that 11 times yet they rated a vehicle higher that doesn't offer a locker at all.

Kowboy you get to bitch about the FJC for another year, they have announced they will be at the events again next year.

At least jeep has the common courtesy to hold their own events to allow Folks to be exposed to the commercialism if'n they choose ... rather than invadin' the jeep club events.

Toyota should do the same. Leave our events the fawk alone and put on their own events to pimp their s***.

... and they need a front locker for the FJ.

Just got the March issue of the same magazine and noticed that the FJ Cruiser won the "SUV of Texas" trophy! Humm???
