Heater hose routing? (1 Viewer)

I'm finally getting around to replacing ALL the hoses and am trying to do it the original way.

I have a brand new "pipe" #16577 that, when I dry fit, seems to send the heater hose right into the fuel line coming off of the fuel pump. How should that be routed?

.....am assuming having the heater hose against the fuel line isn't a great idea.

Curtis, that outlet should run to the steel tube that runs right under the #2/3/4 spark plugs.

Yes, understood. But it has to go around the fuel line when it exits the pipe. Which side of the fuel line do you send it? It will have to be a pretty sharp bend....

Perfect. Thanks. I'll have to spin the pipe a little but I think that will work.

Sounds like you have this figured out but here is a shot of mine further supporting the OEM routing @cruisermatt posted. My fuel line just has a nice S bend in it to go around the coolant hose. HTH
