Could you fit both a rear window symbol and the mirror symbol into one horizontally-oriented label? That would be awesome!

If they can't both fit, I will likely use the grid icon

Eh, I'd only even consider it if I made up an easy to plug-n-play harness with it. Only way most people would even do this upgrade.

Eh, I'd only even consider it if I made up an easy to plug-n-play harness with it. Only way most people would even do this upgrade.

Plug and play harness is a great idea. Definitely would make the install more approachable. Having the wires measured, relevant connectors, ground point terminals, etc. might get more people over the hump. Maybe you also could package the mirror mastic in single use sized tubes!

Looks like he is still open for business. Despite shipping from Europe, they arrive pretty quickly.

My impression was he wanted too small icons side by side on one switch label. The above with the regular rear defrost icon.

Hmm, I didn't read thru but I'm assuming its because the same switch does both. Needs to be an icon that represents "heated glass"

Yes, he is taping into power post relay but the relay is triggered by rear defrost switch.

Yes. Having two icons on the one label (mirror and rear glass) would be ideal. if I had a lick of artistic creativity in my bones I would develop the icons, but I don't so I'm at the mercy of the more artistic types
