Hi ya I have a landcruiser 80 1996 can anyone tell me when the inner part of the headlights ar ment to come on is it with the main beam. Can anyone HELP thanks

Main beams are the outers, high beams are the inners & only come on when you push or pull the turn signal lever.
Main (low) beam stays on when highs are activated on USDM headlights.
