In fact, I'll share all the schematics and diagrams. Here are the ones for the FJ40:

Your harness in my 40 is still going strong; quality stuff!

I'll even throw in one for the FJ80. I could only find the schematic and not the wiring diagram. I only built two of these and I don't remember whether this is the accurate schematic for those, but for what it may be worth to someone, here you go:

Now that I'm looking at this again, I believe this harness was built for a guy that wanted his low beams to stay on when he went to high beams.

And for those wondering if I would build any of these again, hate to disappoint, but no. I will be 70 years old in a few months and am retired from my career as well as retired from harness building. I still have my FJ62 and my son and I are in the final stages of an engine swap with a 4 liter v-8 1UZFE from a Lexus SC400, the A343F transmission from an FZJ80 bolts right up to it. You have to convert the AWD transfer case to 4WD with a kit from Cruiser Outfitters, and our final hurdle is getting a Compushift after market transmission controller going. I'm still saving my nickels for the $1200 that will cost me. Maybe when I'm done (if it is successful) I'll do an abbreviated thread on the swap. It's been a process, and I didn't document things too well, because I wasn't sure it would ever get done. And I almost forgot, we had to have a custom torque converter made as well.

The old 3FE engine found new life in an FJ40.

I would love to see that when you’re done. Sounds FUN!
