Of all the pics of beautiful trucks I have seen on MUD, I haven't seen (could be wrong) a single "Headlight Saver" on any type of after-market front bumpers, ARB or otherwise. In our part of the world, all sorts of things go flying at you when on the road. From day 1 when I installed an ARB front bumper I came up with this simple & cheapo idea to save the expensive headlights, hope it's useful to you cruiser folks out-there. 
Materials : 2x 5mm Acrylic sheet 50x22cm + 7.5mm wide HD black tie-straps.
Tools : Jigsaw + drill.
