Head unit has whining noise only when engine is running ,I can't get rid of .

@stevenmichael The LX450 uses different wiring/plugs than the LC. This is well documented.

Thanks ppc that is what I was looking for . One guy said it got rid of the alternator whin . I’m going to order that harness and give it a try . I’ve been putting up with that noise for years .

Thanks everyone for your help . I think ppc gave me the answer I need to get rid of the noise . It seems on the lx450 that the 2 gray wires are the ones going into the amp so you have to unplug them from the amp and connect it to the hu wiring harness with an extension wire and the whining will stop .

Thanks every one for your help . I finely got a chance to rewire the head unit to the 2 gray connections going into the factory amp . It got rid of all the engine noise . It sound so good now . I have been putting up with that engine whine since 2013 . I just used white wire for all the wires and marked the wires with the color code and taped the wire with the color code also . I just ran one at a time so I wouldn't mess anything up .
