New OEM gasket, New head bolts, Followed the FSM to the T.

Still fawking leaks.

Any other ideas besides pouring some leak stop crap in the rad?

I AM NOT PULLING THE HEAD AGAIN. Is there any other places it could leak? I checked the intake gasket and it is bone dry so unless its leaking internally its not coming from there. Any other places in the motor the leak could be coming from?

Any luck?
Yes I would think that you would get massive [FONT=&quot]coolant system pressure if you had a leek. I say this because I had the same problem .. I replaced the valve seal rings .. the oil drips down so when you start up your engine till it burs up it smokes white.. since you said that the engine sat for a while this could be your problem?! Al,

Just rebuild one for my grandson, all looked good when put together. But got "white smoke" out the tail pipe when the engine got about 25 miles on it. It even had vapor coming out of the pipe for a couple of minutes after it was shut off. I did all the torque check and the normal wishing. Finally pulled the head again and found it had a couple spots between 1/2 and 3/4 combustion chambers what were .012" low. I got the head trued and put back together, and no more "white smoke”.

Going to the event at Hard Rock on Apr. 25th???
