Head gasket change out. Timing.

I messed up with the timing.
I have the plentum valve covers and chain tensioner off.
Can I adjust the timing at this point ?

Since it isn’t going to run with the plenum off, you can only set the timing statically. That may or may not be good enough depending on which engine and year you have.
