Well, since the Lexus engineers are Japanese and their culture rewards frugality and efficiency I suspect they would say "Well done, Doug-san..."

I must have some Japanese genes somewhere in the old gene pool. I will do the same thing and re-use the head bolts if they are in spec. That $140 goes back to the Cruiser fund to pay for new toys.
