Finally in a good spot to buy another truck.

Perfect vehicle is a left hand drive triple locked with the 1HD-T. As close to stock as possible.

A tire carrier in the back would be ok but prefer a stock front. A slight lift is ok too like 2, 2.5 but nothing requiring big modifications. Right hand drive is almost a given, but a left hand would up my budget. I understand triple lock is tough, but it must have a full float rear if no lockers (K295). I really don't want a snorkel. Low mileage is always preferred but a solid maintenance history goes a long way.

Budget is around 30k. Will stretch for the right rig. I'm in Omaha, but will travel. It would be fun to do a little road trip.

I'm not sure I'm totally there yet, but I'd be willing to consider it. Been thinking about selling mine for a while. Don't necessarily want to, but I have a kid now and with the amount of long range trips we do, I just really want the peace of mind of being able to find whatever parts I need wherever I'm at. Only downside about my rig for you is I definitely have a snorkel. It's a 4" stainless Radius Fab snorkel too, so she shows. lol

2" lift from Japan by a company called "Dune". 3" stainless, V-banded, turbo back exhaust I made myself all from Vibrant Performance parts. Aforementioned Radius Fab Snorkel and Radius Fab airbox. Baja Roof Rack. SCS F5 wheels. Fairly new K02's. Factory tire carrier. Front bumper was a TJM dealer option in Japan from what I have read. 243,000km's(150k miles). I've put 35k miles on it since I bought it in 2020. Done some 3k mile road trips in it through Canada and all over the place. She's been an absolute brick s***house. Only issue I ever had on a long trip was a sheared off alternator tensioner bolt.

I do all my own work. Did the BeB's as soon as I bought it(have pics). Over the last couple years I've done Transmission solenoids. Brakes. Water pump. Timing belt. Oil changes. Batteries. Lots of other little annoying things that 30+yo vehicles like to throw at you.

Don't let the beauty shot fool you. She's not a princess. She gets to work. Has plenty of pinstripes and blemishes. She's rust free as far as someone from middle America is concerned. Haha. Has a small bit of rust on the rear hatch that 80's always get. Haven't pulled to window out to fix it yet. Rear locker hasn't been engaging and haven't pulled it off to fix it yet either. Have lots of spare parts and even some upgrade stuff in my garage for it. Also have most of the stock stuff laying around as well(airbox, etc.)

I'm definitely way out of your neighborhood geographically, and it doesn't sound like this is necessarily your ideal candidate. But thought I'd throw it out there.

While I see a lot of things I like about this truck, I'm going to wait a bit longer to see what else comes up.

By the way, can't believe I missed this in the original post, but I'd much prefer an auto transmission.
