Have 2017 200, thinking of 2020 Heritage, a few questions

As a 24 hr owner of the Heritage, i'll agree that the leather is not semi-aniline however while still having some softness I believe that is is should stand up to wear and tear better.

The 5 seat config. with extra storage space was actually a plus in my book; no longer have kids to haul around (one of my '07 Sequoia functions). If you are on the fence thinking you may need more seats, it would be much easier to pull out of the standard configuration than to hack and add into the 5 seat HE.

My 2016 had softer leather. My 2010 LC leather wears like iron. I could go either way and be happy. Bride was vocal about the rear screens. Sold the 2016.

Ordered a Heritage for new DD and moving the 2010 to the farm where we are building a new house and barn etc. The 2010 has 97k miles and is close to perfect ( original owner and third row removed at purchase). Might miss the cool box.......

I am mildly jealous of your cargo cover.

I personal think the Heritage is a waste of money.... cost more for a few logo's, roof rack, and wheels.... then delete more..... no suspension upgrade or power like the rest of the PRO line.... PASS
Yup.

I attended LCDC in 2017 and 2018. Both times I drove out from Boston; 4 days there and 4 more back. I loved the coolbox. Before I left home, I put a case of water bottles in the back and filled up the coolbox. I always had a cold drink of water available without having to lug a cooler, remember to get ice, or buy a cold drink. Whenever I stopped, I simply replenished the coolbox.

When I first got my LC, I thought the coolbox was pointless frippery. But after using it on long trips, I’m in love.

As for the rear seats, if I choose I can simply remove them. The roof rack on the HE is just a noisemaker for me. The wheels are nice, but I wouldn’t spend that kind of money on wheels — the stock LC wheels are fine.
