Has anyone fit a Group 31 battery?

can you tell me more here? The stock tie down worked? Did you have to extend your cables?

I used my stock tie down with no issues. I've heard others say they had to fab something, as you can see from my picture, I did not.

I did not have to extend my cables. On the neg cable, I unbolted to 10mm grounding wire that attaches to the fender and moved it closer. I was able to reach under the fender and use a nut on the back of the 10mm bolt after I drilled a closer hole.

On the positive side, I was able to pull enough slack out of the cable to get it to fit. I have to bend the terminal slightly as it oriented differently than my stock battery.

My winch cable and my blue sea power block cables all run to the aux terminals.

I have since switched to military style terminals since that picture was taken and my cables have all the slack they need.
