Just pull the thing apart and take it off by your self

That's what I did, but it had NEVER been off (even when the PO repainted the whole truck), and there were/are leaks and rust I need to work on. Where is the best place to get the seals/W.S.? SOR has it listed on their web site, is that the best (i.e. cheapest) place to get it?

My set up

Pics of my set up. Would be much easier with pulleys at the corners but I'm cheap so I just use tie down straps. Clears the door by about 2".

Go to Google and type in "hard top hoist" or "camper shell hoist". You can buy them pre made or just steal their ideas. Lots or good pics.
