Update from September:

I gave up as I am close to be within the 30 day return window. Just emailed for the return label. After emailing and talking with customer service, we were not able to get the mouse to work. They sent out a new wiring harness to try and that didn't resolve the issue. They elevated me to one of their lead engineers but never heard back.
I will say, their support is great. They will run through the checklist with you and ask for pictures of the screen setting and the connections to make sure it is wired up correctly. So, before you put your vehicle back together make sure it works.

I actually emailed them about this after I installed ours a few weeks ago. As it is now, there is no favorite setting for devices. Therefore, if you want to switch between phones you have to disconnect one to connect the other. The Hamilton is on my wife’s LX so I just told my Bluetooth to forget that connection. If I want to connect she needs to tell hers to forget and I’ll connect mine.

The guy at Hamilton I emailed with did say that they are expecting to have an update to fix this in the future. It sounded like both phones would show up and we select the one we wanted to connect to.
Hope the update is not too far out on this issue...wonder if they would give a future date they are targeting?

What would be really nice is if this upgrade would allow you to get rid of the mouse thing entirely, and someone would make some competent cupholders for that space on the console.

I was anti mouse for a while but the screen is so far away that I’ve come around. If the screen was as close as it is in the cruiser than I would agree.

I don't really mind operating the mouse, I just resent the real estate it takes up on the console.

Hi folks,

I installed the Hamilton car play/Android auto premium kit on my 2016 LX570 this past Friday. Note this is the kit which comes with a new touchscreen. There is another kit that just has car play/AA but uses the existing display. Link below.

did you notice if the cameras look any better or worse after this install? curious if the added resolution might help with the crappy cameras these come with.
