HAHAHA. My wife's analogy on 2.5" vs. 4"

My wife and I were talking about which SUA lift would be best for me. She likes the looks of the 4" but said the 4" was like a hooker. It looks cool and is rough around the edges. You can get sloppy with it and don't care if you get dirty.
The 2.5" is like a wife. May not be as fun but is timeless, be more comfortable and be dependable.
She likes the 2.5" because it will fit in the garage too and may help with resale.

When she gave me the analogy I about spit my sweet tea all over her but remembered she is my wife and not a hooker so i had to control myself.
She sad thing is she makes total sense.

She is right...and metaphorically, she's talking about you. When I got engaged, all of a sudden, lots of girls asked me out. My "resale" value went way up! I now maintain a nice, clean committed relationship everyday (2.5"). Before, I rode it hard and never washed it (4").

Metaphors tend to get a little gross sometimes. Sorry for that. Listen to your wife...your love affair will have a much longer life. And, who knows, maybe she'll even participate.

yep....the old home town girl versus stripper dating analogy works great too.

dangerous, high maintenance, never know what is going to happen but wow it is fun while you are working her out....... then you got the home town girlfriend....consistent....pretty....reliable...and no communicable diseases....

then again...the bragging factor is way up there on the stripper.....but the medical and extra expenses might not be worth it in long run.

Oh well, I guess my rig must be a major league hooker with 4" springs and an extra 2" of lift with the hyper shackles. She does still fit in the garage though (minus a hard top, which I dont have anyway) even with the 35's and a full cage. And the ride always leaves ya with a smile.
