Any feasable way to attach a Gearvendors overdrive unit?

Unless they've changed their position GV only designs to go after the transfer case, not between the trans and transfer. I was told that it is company policy to be the last part of the powertrain. So a GV will be a 2WD only option where any of the other options discussed in this thread so far are 4WD options.

I specifically asked that question of them at the SEMA show some years ago, which is why I happen to know that answer. I think that they're missing a market and creating a potential problem with that policy.

While all the AA literature and various PDF files on the AA web site say tthe ranger is avaliable in both overdrive and underdrive..... A person there at AA whom I spoke with a week or to ago, said they were only avaliable in the overdrive version. FYI..

FYI.

I would imagine that custom gear sets are very $$$, espically on low production runs, in regard to the H55F or any other transmission.
