well while doing my turbo upgrade I figured I would drop the trans and investigate my 5th gear troubles... pull the H55f trans and dropped it at my local tranny shop....Well it looks like the gear spline piece, sleeve gear and inner sleeve are pretty fudged up....
Where can I source these ........already down to one arm and one leg
