Will the two red ones fit a 100 series?

I don't think so. From the Trail Tailor website:

"Designed for the rear of GX470, GX460, LX570, 200 Series, Gen4 and 5 4Runner, FJ Cruiser or anywhere you have a 35mm bolt pattern to fasten"

I think the 100 series has a wider bolt spacing.
