I noticed a carved off piece of aluminum stuck to the LCA sway bar bracket on our GX. It looks like it has been parted from the inside of the rim.

The Dobinson IMS lift with replacement Dobinson billet UCA has been installed for 30k miles. No issues or noises have been noted.

I turned the steering from lock to lock and don't see any interference at ride height.
I'll check with the suspension compressed and extended.

Has anyone run into this on a mildly lifted Toyota/Lexus?

The only thing that looks like it would groove the rim is the kdss/swaybar bracket on the LCA. It is a little shiny like it is the offender. But what would make it suddenly start to contact the rim?

Almost wonder if you got a rock jammed in there

I was hoping for that and don't see anything. There were some loose adhesive backed wheel weights and I wonder if they came loose and jammed up between the bracket and the rim or if the bracket ripped them off.

I do have clearance at full lock at ride height and with the suspension at full droop.

DR.KDSS suspects an alignment issue.

Going lock-to-lock when stationary doesn't always tell the whole story. You only know for sure if you're getting any rubbing at lock-to-lock when your wheel is stuffed in your wheel well, like off roading or entering a steep driveway.

What wheel size/offset do you have? And have you checked if the front sway bar is off set slightly to one side? With the DrKDSS relocation brackets and higher offset wheels, clearance is pretty tight between the brackets/sway bar and inner wheel lip at full lock. In my case, the sway bar was offset a little towards the driver's side and the end of the sway bar would rub the inside of the wheel at full lock turning right with 17x8.5 +10 wheels.
