So I'm looking at Fox 2.5 coil-overs. They use readily available Eibach springs so I have a lot of choice with spring rates. JBA has GX470 UCA's also.

I have 700’s with no additional weight up front. I love it. It rides fantastic. But you’re right, it’s all preference.650# without additional weight? Or you have extra weight up front?
This is where it’s subjective. I read a post that someone put 650# springs upfront and they thought it was too firm without any extra weight.
So, this personal preference is what’s makes it so difficult to fine tune the suspension.
I'm going to use Toyotec Superflex HD's in the rear with Firestone air bags. I plan on a bumper and winch so I'm thinking the 650's should work. The choices were in 50 lb increments. What are the spring choices for the front? 600#, 625#, 650#?
And what’s your plan for the rear? Since you tow, progressive rear springs might be good.

There's an eibach spring with a rate of 620 lbs/in 112-620 - Toytec/Eibach front coil lift springs
I don't know who has that spring up front, but in theory it seems to be the ideal one for the front of the GX470 with no weight up front.
