Guess what I'm gonna do?

Well, last Friday I finished up the welds on the inside of the hitch receiver tube, the recovery points, and the inside of the side wing top tubes. These are the welds that will not be seen (a little rough):D, so now I am just waiting for my buddy to finish the few visible welds but he has been too busy to get to it. I also did some prep work to the cruiser. I primed and painted the frame rails where they had been cut and ground. At the underside of the rear flares, I cut off the triangle plastic section where the mudflaps attached for a cleaner look. I also painted that area black along with the area that will be covered by the bumper. I will post some progress pics soon. Yeah, and I can't wait either. :bounce:

To my surprise, my buddy finished up the last of the welds last night, so when I showed up to his shop this afternoon, I grabbed the flapdisc and and prepped for powdercoat. I had him weld on some caps on the end of the side wing tubes to keep mud and water out. Here are some pics:

Bumper finished!

I got the call that my bumper was finished at the powdercoat shop so I swung by and picked it up so I could install it after work. It was an easy install and here are some pics. The first few are of the areas I painted black that sit behind the bumper, the rest are the final product:

4x4 Labs Swingouts

A couple of weeks ago I ordered the swingouts to complete my 4x4 Labs bumper. I did the spare tire carrier and 3 gas can carrier. It took 2 nights to tack everything together and then I spent all day Saturday doing the finish welds and welding the spindles on. Today I primed and painted until I save some funds for powder coating. Here are a few pics:
