Wanted Grommet/guide for front seat head rest, 09/1972-12.1978

I am looking for the plastic grommets that are the guides for the head rests on the front seats.
If anyone has any in good condition let me know, I need to look at mine again, but probably need at least 3 of them.
They were too brittle and broke when they were removed for reupholstry.
