Grinder burned out...

I bought an old heavy-duty 9'' grinder from a fellow 2 days ago locally. Looked like a real heavy-duty tool, but after only 4 hrs of light work it started sparking like crazy... when I opened it up I saw this:

I suppose it means that it's toast?!

I would say yes. But find a local electric motor shop in your area and see what they say. They might have a source for an new armature to replace that one.
