‘94 … So I sandblasted and coated the frame and now I have a gremlin.

Right after finishing I went to move it and power cuts off at 2000rpm. Idles fine. P D and 2 are dimly lit (they are led so sensitive) which makes me think electrical. Drove it and same thing.

Cleaned transmission range sensor as an easy culprit and there was definitely sand on it.

Same symptoms.

Let it sit overnight as my frustration grew and drove it this morning with zero (limp) issues other than the dash lights. It was also flickering some warnings but not staying lit last night. None of that this morning and the P even went off while driving.

How do I remove this gremlin!?

Wait, you sandblasted while body was on frame?

I would probably check and clean all the connectors between the transmission and the ECM. Might as well check chassis and body grounds as well.

More than one gear light on means you need to check your Park/Neutral Position Switch.

does your volt meter normally sit where it is in the pics?
to me it seems a bit low but could just be the gauge, you may want to check voltage with a multimeter when the engine is running
