Greasing Birfs temporarily

Get a 12 inch flexible hose for the grease gun, connect it to the gun, then clip the opposite threaded end off so it's just a cut rubber end. You can then stick it into the inspection hole about 6-7 inches and pump grease in filling it from the bottom. For a sacrificial $5 hose it worked awesome, plus now that grease gun is my 'special' moly-grease knuckle filling gun. FYI- ~400 pumps to a tube on my gun.

Thats what I did along time ago it works great.

Pics are always extremely helpful for those of us that can be standing directly in front of stuff and not see it. :clap:I do this all of the time looking in the fridge or pantry, when my wife needs something.:rolleyes:
