Grease everywhere

I crawled under my 03 looking for a power steering leak and noticed a ton of grease all over the front passenger side. Can't tell where it's coming from. Any ideas?

Torn CV boot I'd assume.

Yeah.... look at the huge crack in your first picture. That would definitely be a torn boot.

Looks like the mess from a bad CV boot. Remove, rebuild and reinstall before they have to be completely replaced. If you aren't experiencing other issues they will be fine if done soon.
