Derrick - thanks for the report man! I wish we could have gone. Looks like the GX would have had no problems.

Yeah, you missed a great trip! The GX would have done fine. All you need now is a teardrop ;) , especially with the baby.

Looks like a fun trip. I would love to do this with my family but I have a 1 and 3 year old. I'm thinking that camping next to a 3,000 ft cliff might not be the best idea for little ones. That would end badly. Maybe in a few years when they are old enough I will try this trip. Thanks for the pics and info.

Exactly, mine are 3 and 5. Would love to do it, but the thought of something happening freaks me out.

I thoroughly enjoyed your write up, especially the pics. The 3rd one from the top doesn't even look real, it looks like it's been colorized or color enhanced! Incredible, and what views. I've been there but not in these areas, I put this on my list of places to go for sure.

Thanks for the write-up.

Dan.

I have ridden to the Toroweap area 2up on my dual sport bike with my girlfriend and a couple buddies... its a for sure cannot miss adventure. we came down out of St George Utah and then headed out towards Kanab and swung around thru Brice... very fun and awesome.
