The part number is 53505-90303 HOOK ASSY, HOOD AUXILIARY CATCH and they are on eBay from time to time.




PS. I thought I found one ... but no. However one sold as recently as January this year so you may be lucky enough to get one (new-old-stock that is) if you keep a lookout.

I have one as well but once again it's in the shed somewhere. I would need to get $40 for it plus shipping. I don't know if that's a good price or not but that's what it's worth to me. Mine came off a 1984 troopie.
