I did some horse trading today. I've had a bunch of FJ45 stuff kicking around and sort of wanted to just
do a deal and get rid of it as a package. Well a guy called me up, had a deal. So I've got a LHD BJ74
with a 13BT 5 spd. Its got some damage, needs a bunch of work. Runs like a top!! Jim and I took it for
a test drive, shifts great and pulls great in 3rd. I can see a lot of trail time in the future!

I want to thank Jim and Rob for coming out today. I needed some extra hands and support and can't
thank you guys enough for coming out. Most of that would have been a bugger with the 3 of us.
Bhagwan came out later, and indicated pleasure at my deal, says I came out ahead. I'm still skeptical,
cut this is one heck of a truck!
Ok, pics now. Just a few from the good side.

Very nice. Slightly jealous that you just had "some 45 stuff" that turned into a 74! I'm thinking that's just too much motor for that little truck and you probably want to remove the turbo and sell it for a song, right ;-)

I think in the future (once the kids are outta the house), I'll be looking for a smaller trail rig like this...that's in 12yrs!

Hey was a great day out at your Toyota Farm today ;-) glad we where able to help, anytime brother!
Good swap, hope you get that new toy out wheeling soon bet she is a capable rig in the trails.

you will love it - she was my pride and joy for the last 5 years and got the best of everything - it was about to get tires and rims when it was put on its side :( - Your parts pile will be a cool truck soon I will keep you posted,
Yeah, we took it down the powerline and around through Cassidy. I was surprised that it was completely solid, with no squeaks
or rattles at all! Gotta wipe the glass out of my face, but fix that soon enough!

So anyone who has smashed the crap out of the RIGHT side of their BJ74 and wants to get rid of the LH side parts let me know o_O ;)

Primary importance is LH door with glass and folding windshield with glass.

How about the look on those guys faces when they saw us on the logging road and thought it just happened haha!

Yeah, and only 29,500 british pounds for the rifle! Including VAT, of course. It is cool though, no denying that.
