A week or so ago I found a screamin' deal on some 315/75/R16 Goodyear MTRs (brand new - stickers still on the tires) for $125 each. I bought 5 for a total of $625. I bought them fromt he guys that own Untitled Document out of West Chicago. Super nice guys, and they accepted credit card payments through their cabinet business. When I picked up my set they had about 10 sets left. I think they may also have 35x12.5xR15. The phone number is on the website above. I dealt with Gary the owner.

Anyway, you really can't beat this deal if you're looking for a good set of 35s.

It could be that nobody getting 12 mpg can afford a new set of tires at any price.

or it could be we've all outgrown 35s :D

I really liked my Wranglers and would buy another set in a heartbeat. Those just won't fit anything I have now.

If I were looking for a 35 Id jump all over it. Mr.Bryan is looking and I told him but he is hesitating. If the guy had 40's Id sell my 35"ats and run those as winter tires!

I'm light years behind in my tire size progress. I think I'm maxxing out at 35"s. 33"s worked great for me out west, but I wanted a MT, although I wasn't sure if I needed 35s or stay with the 33s. This deal for the MTRs pretty much made up my mind.

4rnr -- Tell Bryan that this is the deal of a lifetime. Plus he could always sell them if he changes his mind. I'm also going to call the guy and chat about getting a 'donation' for the raffle from him. He also has a cabinetry business so maybe he wants to hang a banner around the Cliffs p-lot in exchange for a set of tires. I doubt he paid anything for them in the first place.

Anyone want to buy four slightly used and one new Goodyear MT/R 305-70-16 (or 33") for $125 each?!? :D :D :D

They only have two trips to Cali and one trip to Utah. :grinpimp:

Sipped and ready to go for Chicago weather.
