It’s suppose to be Grass Valley. It’s near Donner Pass.

If you have their service plan, they will tow it for up to 100 miles for free. If you get the platinum plan that increases to 250 miles. It’s by far the cheapest way to handle this. The vehicle needs to have current registration and it takes 48 hours for the plan to go into effect.
