whoever does it, is supposed to get a free set of headers, so renting a car for a few days i would be fine with.
It's OK. My TLC is for weekend fun use anyway. So a week in a shop doesn't affect me.

i dont have those kind of dollars to spend on a motor that cant really handle boost. If i did that i would for sure change the con rods on the pistons.

So, I'm guessing we don't know the increase in HP? Is it more so to address the exhaust leak problem?

I'm ready to buy these right now! I hope Gibson pulls through!
Sorry for bringing such an old thread up. I'm interested in the Gibson Manifold for the LX 470. Have any got them tested ? Considering if I should go OEM or Gibson.
Search Doug thorly headers. They make an aftermarket header for our rigs, don't think gibson ever pulled through on this.
