the sniper... didn't even post:p

I replaced my rad on my 92 with a Chinese made type from Autozone. Worked great for 2 yrs and up until I sold the tuck.

I dont agree that OEM is the best for rads. Other parts yes but not rads. i was very happy with my replacement and it had a lifetime warranty.

I've purchased several radiators from radiators.com over the years, they have done fine. No shipping charge, it comes from a local warehouse, you often can get it the same day that you order. You have to blow off that stupid bot on the website that tries to tell you it's a complicated install and sell you off to a local shop, just call them and order. I just ordered one the other day for my son's 4Runner, perfect fit.

I love this place........thanks for not moving it mods. It got me a free rad. from a mudder...........raydouble:bounce::bounce2:

damn ray does have a nice side.

Sorry to disappoint you both. :flipoff2:

Check radiatorbarn.com ......never had a problem with theirs.....three in use right now.

Yeah, ixnay on teh fleasbay. Props to Ray for at least trying though. Most guys outside of this site would have never bothered to even double check for leaks and cracks.

Ray, you're OK, I take back all the crap I have never even said about you! ;)

Oh, crap, almost forgot...

"Pics or it didn't happen!" :flipoff2:

On the 91-92 land cruisers The plastic top seals do not hold up.Toyota has a problem here. One year warranty only if Toyota puts it in. So basically no warranty. Aftermarkets I have had no problem plus a full warranty. Mike

I once took an oem one that was slightly screwed up and developed some cracks to a radiator shop to clean it fix it up and it is still good 5 years later. Only cost like $50. Lately I can usually get a good used oem one for $25 though. I would rather use old oem than aftermarket.

not sure if you'd be interested, but I have a Griffin universal (i.e. make your own mounts) aluminum rad up on CraigsList
