I am pretty jealous of both of your garages. :-)

If you read Mike's free stuff thread you see he was getting rid of this. Lucky for me I got there early enough before the CL scrap metal guy showed up and got this while buying some of his other items. I gave my M416 a good work out getting everything home. Instead of anchoring the hoist to the floor I'm thinking of making it mobile like this http://www.harborfreight.com/1-ton-telescoping-gantry-crane-69513.html . At first I was think of redesigning so it would allow the trolly to round front to back instead of side to side. But figure this would be a better option to store it out of the way when not in use. I would need to pick up some heavy metal casters and some box tubing. Couldn't find metal casters listed on Harbor freight's site. Who carries good quality metal casters (with at least two locking) and where is the best place to buy metal? Besides this project I need some 3" X ! 1/2" C channel to fix a boat trailer from two hack jobs from POs and design it to work for me. The hoist will be a complete bolt together to keep it mobile but need the trailer welded. For that I either need a west side welder or buy a welder.
