Ahh, october is only a couple of months away.. And the party at my neck of the woods is the Glitter gulch Gambol put on by the Southern Nevada Landcruisers..
The club out here is gonna be fixin a tasty dinner for sat night but I am thinking that I need to do somethin for Friday night. Already got the plans in motion.. Gonna cook up 2 or 3 Briskets and perhaps some ribs allong with some slaw for anyone that chooses to trust my cookin. If you come, you are welcome to eat. You wanna bring somethin to the mix? That is welcome as well. Got Alec smokin a pork shoulder to throw into the mix.
Texican sent me a buncha good ol Texas music that will be playin in the background and I'm workin on getting one of the liquor stores in town to get me a keg of Shiner.
Hopefully, Alec and I are not going to be the only representatives of this fine club at the event so I would ask anyone that is intersted, come on out. I'll be leading the "hardcore" run (typically involves watching me do something stupid and fix stuff) but there is going to be runs for all tastes.
BTW, so what else (food, beer, etc..) should I plan on to make people happy? Kowboy?
