The unmarked stud/bolt (shaft) is 12mm (diameter) and the flanged nuts are 17mm so go by the FSM? (Edited for future searches)

Wait for others who actually know to chime in ;)

Checked the section (pg 39-40, 96 FSM) which discusses Standard bolt and stud marks relating to their respective Class but couldn't find any markings on those stud/bolts.

If there are no marks in the fasteners, you have the torque specification. There are standard values for unmarked fasteners, based on size, just like the marked ones.

I saw that, no marks seem to make it a 4T so 39ft lbs (for a hex head), no mention of a cap head bolt (but then an unmarked stud is also 4T). I've never had that area apart so just guessing but the (thick) cap head likely has a squared off shank just under the cap head to help lock it in place while the nut is being tightened down, so would that change the torque specs?? Also, the flanged nuts are fairly beefy like the nuts for the driveshaft flanges. IDK.
