I am interested in your flares, however I got a few questions for ya.

Do I have to fxxx around with the rubber seal s***?

Also, I am going to put 38x15.5" tires on -44 rims, and wondered if you do wider flares? that would be awesome!!

Thank you, your fenders look perfect and I support you 110%

The rubber seals prevent the flare from damaging the paint on your fenders. Also, without the seals you may eventually have surface rust where the flare does come into contact with the fender and paint wears away. It might not be a big deal, but that would be the longer term concern with omitting the seals. I would lower the cost of the kit if bought without the seals, but the seals are very high quality EPDM and should last a very long time.

I have not looked into molding a wider flare. Though there is a possibility that I could do it, but there would be considerable added cost involved. The ones currently available are 3" wide like OEM.

I am now shipping the flares with black nylon washers to go between the flares and the black torx bolts. I haven't had any negative feedback. If you wish to source your own hardware I will credit you $5. The flare kits will still include the trim gaskets and hardware to space the rear door flare.

Interested in a set - will these hold up to minor rubbing offroad? Can we see the mounting hardware/method?

Sorry if I missed it, this thread got big.

Yes, these flares hold up very well and there are no attachment tabs to break. If a flare is damaged during extreme off roading I can have individual pieces made and have done so for one individual so far. Hardware are black, self cutting threaded bolts and black nylon washers and EPDM trim gaskets are also included.
