The dealer is in the neighborhood with the honor of having the highest murder rate in all of nyc. That notwithstanding, I would run the VIN for farts and grins. Figure its 2k plus registration and taxes plus 1k for tires plus at least another 2k in replacement parts to start plus a lot of time of your own. I would pass on that one. My 2 cents.
