I couldn't find accurate details about the 8 bolts (4 on either frame rail area) for the transfer case cross-member so I pulled a couple for your enjoyment.
They are 10x1.25 and 30mm long with a flanged head and permanent fender washer. The threads protrude about 10mm through the frame and weld nut. The nut contact is between 10mm and 20mm. They are hardened, marked as grade 8.8.
A little bit of trivia; they are the same diameter and thread as the seat mounting bolts.
