PO changed the fusible link wiring, so i am replacing the block and link. I can see how it connects to the battery, but i cant find a photo of where the 3 cables come from. I have 2 cables coming out of a sheath that go to the block, and a third green cable that is via a solid connector goes to the battery. I am pretty sure the green is where i put the connector, but was looking for a photo or info to confirm this.

If anyone knows or has a photo it would help alot.

Thanks

If you have a FZJ80 here you go. This is the best pic I could get since it's an extremely tight squeeze

Wire color below. Other two are wrapped so there's no telling

There isn't a green wire (unless you have the wrong fusible link bundle or are color blind), just black and ?light/teal blue which go to the fuse block and pink which snaps into the engine harness (only wire with a harness connector).

Thanks very much for the photos.

Mine doesn't have the harness connector on the engine side, just agreen wire coming out of the same area/cable protecter as the other two (the two go to the black AM1/Main block.) So where there is a white/red wire shown in the photo above i have a green. I will have to figure out where that whit/ red cable goes and see if they replaced mine with green

Cheers

No problem man. Good luck.

This is what the correct fusible link bundle should look like, black, bluish,
and pinkish wires. If you have anything else replace it with the correct part (your local Toyota dealer parts professional can get it for you).

This shows how the black and blue FL wires connect to the Junction box,
pink wire connected to the harness:

Thanks. I do have the fusible link and a new block. But i have no connector for this connector to connect to. So i am trying to identify this wire (shown white/red in ItsBavids post). I do not have a white red wire, and i think it was replaced with a green one. Therefore i need to verify it is correct, looks like it goes to AM2 switch, so need to work out how to trace this

OK, I misunderstood your question. The missing engine harness connector should still be available from Toyota, someone will have that part number.

if you don't have the answer yet, the White/Red wire goes to Pin 11 on the Ignition Switch connector (I12) When the switch is closed (ignition on) it comes back out of Pin 6 of Connector I12 and then to Pin 3 of I2(Igniter) and Pin 1 of I3(Ignition Coil)
