to be short, whenever i start my truck, the 15A fuse(in the cab, by the feet) that controls the blinkers, busts. also, the charge battery light comes on. i'm sick of using my hands as turn signals. any help here?

Sounds like you have a wire that's grounding out. You're gonna need a wiring diagram and a lot of patience. Are you very electronicaly savy? Finding a ground wire is usually a pain.
