Fuse panel replacement

For the past few yrs I've had to give the fuse block a good kick to get the lights and interior stuff to work. Its now become worse. When I hit the brakes, everything electrical on the truck (except the winch) comes on. I'm not sure whether it was my 2 yo using the truck as his playtoy, the unreal amount of rain we've had, or the f'n chipmunks that keep eating the seats, but somehow its screwed up. I'm thinking now is a good time to replace the fuse block and upgrade to a newer style plug panel. Can I just go pull one from the p-n-p and keep the original harness? Anyone suggest a type of donor vehicle that might work well? Any other suggestions?

my fuse pannel was all corroded and did not work well, so I took the pannel out and cleaned all the contacts with a wire brush and a .22 barrel cleaner (perfect size for the fuse holders). It works much better not that there is not a bunch of corrosion restricting the flow. It was easy to remove and only took a few minutes to clean up.

i got a painless one for a chevy truck. i got it out of a donor truck looks to be all there minus a horn relay and fuses. u can have it for shipping if ya want it.

i just went out to the garage to take some pics but it seems i must have thrown it out when i moved some of the stuff out before my move. sorry about that but if u need an ayx fuse box i have a nice one brand new for 15 bucks + shipping its got 6 fuses.

Its a 1970. Still running the original Drivetrain.

I used the fuse blocks from Waytek. I used the 10 fuse for the always on 12V and I used the 12 fuse one for the switched 12v. Put them both on a panel with the relays that I needed. If I did it again I would have used the fuse panels with the ground plate on it. Makes a neater placement of the ground wires instead of on every screw under the hood. Also would help with the problem of bedliner not wanting to conduct electricity.
