question...does anyone know if a front disc setup can be used for a rear fullfloater? any suggestions??

I don't know what you're proposing but you cannot use the front knuckles in the rear for obvious reaons. You'd have to devise some sort of four-wheel steering...

Yes. You'll need to make some brackets for the calipers - this is easier on the earlier ff rears.
